SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Post and Packing differs from item to item so please look closely and use a calculator or abacus. 

All deliveries will be by second class post or air mail if an aeroplane is involved. 

We will not accept any claims for import taxes or customs duties or trade embargoes slapped on any of our goods shipped in good faith. 

Please allow up to ten days for UK deliveries and far longer for overseas shipments. 

Items will be shipped in what we have tested and found to be adequate and secure packaging under discreet plain wrapper. 

Please ensure that your address is accurate and clearly written. 

Please check with any neighbours before stating that the package has not arrived yet.

If any of the goods arrive damaged we ask for you to get in touch with photos of the damage to both the item and the shipping envelope/container. 

We are happy to replace items damaged in shipment providing replacement postage is paid.

All payments to Alimentation are handled by PayPal.
