Many years ago we arranged to have all five of Nick Drake’s CDs housed in a box with additional promotional posters and we called this the ‘Tuck Box’ as the box design was based on Nick’s own school tuck box.
This box came with the three studio CDs: ‘Five Leaves Left’, ‘Bryter Layter’, ‘Pink Moon’ as well as the two compilations: ‘Made To Love Magic’ and ‘Family Tree’ and all of these titles were re-packaged with their sleeves printed on cardboard as opposed to the old plastic ‘jewel-case’ editions.

The set was completed by the inclusion of five promotional poster reproductions.
Knowing that there were fans who would like this Tuck Box set, but who may have already purchased one or two of the CD titles, we made the box and posters – only, with no CDs available as a separate item from the website shop.
The idea was that anyone could then buy the remaining CDs to complete their set. This idea was warmly received and we sold out of these ’No CD’ boxes very quickly. They were subsequently re-printed and we have found some remaining stock that we thought may be welcome as a hold-all for Nick Drake CDs in your collection. Some purchased this set for the posters alone.
We have decided to sell these on a first-come-first-served basis, by mail order from today.
They’ve been priced competitively (£10) so please don’t wait too long to land your copy! One box per order though no limit to the amount of orders.
To be clear; the box measures 185 x 185mm and is 55mm deep. It has a lift-off lid and inside there is a deep tray to house your own CDs (NO CDs are included in this box) and there are five folded full colour posters inside, each one promoting a different CD title. These measure 520mm x 350mm each. Each box is shrinkwrapped for protection and is mailed in a stout cardboard container.
Your box will be despatched automatically by 2nd class post (or the equivalent if going overseas).
If you act today you will get the set well before the final xmas post, though we cannot guarantee a delivery date for overseas postage. The UK has a series of general strikes throughout December including the Royal Mail and various transport bodies. We fully support the reasons for these strikes but these may cause delays to all deliveries.
The package will not be trackable, nor will there be any ‘proof-of-postage’; it is being sent by UK Royal Mail through our over-stressed branch of The Post Office. Please ensure your postal address is a secure one. Though we cannot refund non-deliveries we will replace any lost items within reason. The timing of this item sale has nothing to do with any ‘Black Friday’ ‘Cyber Monday’ ‘Tuesday Exploit’ or ‘Wednesday Bribery’
